Wearing Many Hats – Creative Leadership & Hands-On Game Development

In a small studio environment, I took on multiple roles, contributing across the entire game development process. As a Creative Lead, UX Artist, and UI Designer, I designed wireframes, user flows, and interfaces while also sketching assets, rendering 3D elements, and creating animations—gaining hands-on experience in every aspect of the project.

I illustrated numerous game assets, showcasing key parts of the creative process here. Additionally, I built atlases for the Tech Art and Development teams, ensuring seamless implementation. Throughout, I worked closely with management and the product VP to deliver high-quality game assets and promotions, bringing the game’s vision to life.
